By booking an appointment, accessing our website, or using any Ruffle Social service, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Services
Ruffle Social provides professional pet care services designed to ensure the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of pets. Our services may include:

- Boarding & Daycare
- Pet Bakery & Treats
- Wellness & Care Support
- Other pet-related services introduced from time to time
All services are subject to availability and operational discretion.
2. Pet Eligibility Requirements
To maintain a safe environment for all pets and staff, pet parents must ensure that:
- Pets are healthy, non-aggressive, and fit for social or grooming environments.
- Vaccinations are current and up to date.
- Any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, behavioral concerns, or special handling requirements are disclosed prior to service.
Ruffle Social reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services if a pet is deemed unwell, unsafe, excessively stressed, or poses a risk to others.
3. Grooming Services
Our grooming team handles every pet with care and attention. However, pet parents acknowledge that:
- Grooming may occasionally reveal pre-existing skin, coat, ear, or health conditions.
- Severely matted coats may require shorter trims or additional grooming procedures.
- Senior pets or pets with medical conditions may experience grooming-related stress despite careful handling.
While all reasonable precautions are taken, Ruffle Social shall not be held liable for outcomes related to undisclosed health or behavioral conditions.
4. Boarding & Daycare
Pets enrolled in boarding or daycare participate in supervised care and social environments. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Minor incidents such as scratches, play-related injuries, or stress may occasionally occur despite supervision.
- Pets must be suitable for handling and managed group interaction where applicable.
- Emergency veterinary attention may be sought if the pet parent cannot be reached promptly.
All veterinary expenses incurred during the pet’s stay shall be the responsibility of the pet parent.
5. Pet Bakery Products
All bakery products and treats are prepared using pet-friendly ingredients. However:
- Pet parents are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
- Ruffle Social does not guarantee that all products are suitable for every pet.
- Consumption of treats is at the owner’s discretion and responsibility.
6. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Bookings
Appointments and reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payments
Full or partial advance payment may be required for selected services, packages, or bookings.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Timely notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in cancellation fees or refusal of future bookings.
7. Pet Health & Emergency Care
Pet parents authorize Ruffle Social to obtain emergency veterinary care if deemed necessary during the pet’s stay or service appointment.
- Medical decisions may be taken in urgent situations to ensure the pet’s safety and wellbeing.
- Associated veterinary costs and treatment expenses shall be borne by the pet parent.
8. Pet Behaviour & Safety
- Aggressive behavior, biting, excessive anxiety, or unsafe conduct must be disclosed before service.
- Safety equipment or handling protocols may be used where necessary.
- Ruffle Social reserves the right to stop or refuse services if a pet compromises safety.
9. Photography & Social Media
Ruffle Social may capture photographs or videos of pets during grooming, daycare, boarding, or events for use across:
- Social media platforms
- Marketing materials
- Website and promotional content
If you prefer that your pet’s images not be used, please notify us in writing prior to your appointment.
10. Limitation of Liability
While we maintain high standards of care, hygiene, and supervision, Ruffle Social shall not be liable for:
- Illnesses, allergic reactions, or medical complications
- Injuries arising from pre-existing conditions
- Stress-related reactions
- Loss or damage resulting from undisclosed behavioral or medical concerns
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service booked.
11. Website Usage
All website content, including branding, visuals, logos, text, graphics, and service materials, is the intellectual property of Ruffle Social and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
Users agree not to misuse the website, booking system, or communication channels for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
